Excellent. We have just spent a very pleasant 3 night stay here. When we arrived the host came out and made us welcome. It was sunny so we relaxed on the reclining chairs around the pool with a slice of the cake that was given to us on arrival. The room was quite small but very nicely furnished with a small decked area outside it with two chairs and a table. There were about 8 choices of breakfast: I tried 3 of them and all were excellent. Caroline, the host, is very friendly and nothing is too much trouble for her. We were allowed to use the dining room and seating area outside it for takeaway food which was very handy. Our room looked out onto a pond with ducks. They were comical and very friendly. Would recommend this b&b, it’s lovely and very the staff make you feel very welcome.

3 excellent nights Recently [last week] back from a relaxing and very comfortable stay at The Eiders. So be prepared for a few small changes to what you may normally be used to….BUT…these changes are to provide the utmost safety to the guests and Caroline and James are spot on with providing an excellent service whilst totally observing the current rules and guidelines for this crazy period. Breakfast was in line with most reviews i.e. amazing. The room [Room 6] was faultless. The outdoor pool was a very welcome feature and was never crowded. Caroline is such a great hostess and we were made to feel very welcome from the second we arrived. We will be back one day – the sooner the better

Holiday This is a 1st class B&B the owners Caroline and James can’t do enough to give you a fabulous home from home experience even with all the new coronavirus rules and regulations and the breakfasts are great too. The setting is stunning and very handy for the Norfolk coastline wouldn’t go anywhere else in this part of the country. Hoping to use the outside pool on this visit too I would highly recommend

Weekend away Where do I start. Carolyn was a terrific host. The room was of an excellent standard, home made cake and fresh milk in our room on arrival. The bed was so comfortable. The breakfast was superb, which was cooked by Carolyn’s husband. Nothing was to much trouble, we could find any ice in the shops, Carolyn came to our rescue. We were allowed to use the dinning room on the evening to have cheese and wine. I cannot recommend this B&B enough, it is situated in a beautiful place and the grounds are amazing.

EXCELLENT Could not fault The Eiders in anyway. The room was of a high standard and had little extras like USB sockets in the night lamp as well as the wall socket, Free Wifi, optional mini bar, at reasonable prices. The shower was exceptional and so was the complimentary toiletries. The bed was very comfy too. There was a little veranda outside the french windows with excellent views of the duck pond and the surrounding countryside. They have also installed charging points for cars. Brilliant. Breakfast.. well what can i say AMAZING… and cooked to perfection by James. The choice alone was varied, from good old full English with a reduced calorie version and a vegetarian option to American style pancakes, continental breakfast or fish. Also included was a choice fresh fruit salad, cereals, yoghurt and toast all served with a smile from the hostess Caroline, who was both charming, very helpful and nothing was too much trouble. Hope to return again in the warmer months to experience the outdoor pool

Just perfect A pleasure to stay at this B&B and to meet Caroline, the host who couldn’t have made us feel more welcome and comfortable. Tea and cake on arrival. A warm, clean comfortable double room which was stocked with tea, coffee, fresh milk and a mini fridge and bar. Toiletries also available, and no doubt if you’d forgotten anything, I’m sure it would be supplied. An excellent breakfast selection that was cooked fresh. The is nothing to fault this little gem.

Wonderful place with amazing attentive hosts We had a wedding in the local area just 5 minutes away and were looking for somewhere local to stay. We found The Eiders which had great reviews and we certainly weren’t disappointed. While we could only have breakfast on one of the days due to attending a wedding breakfast the next day, the one day we did have breakfast was absolutely amazing, the choice and selection was great. Caroline the host was really a star though, we arrived and were offered coffee and tea as well as a lovely slice of cake and she truly was dedicated to giving us the best stay possible. The room was incredibly comfortable and the dressing table was a really nice touch as well. All in all it was a great stay and really does deserve every 5 star review they have.

First Class B and B I can only give a very high recommendation – everything was perfect from arrival to departure. The owners give a truly warm welcome, and have everything in place for you to enjoy your stay, down to the smallest detail. The breakfasts are of the highest quality, and the beds are really comfortable. They provide far more than you would reasonably expect of an up-to-date establishment, with mini bar and fresh water in your room. Despite being just off the main road, it is pleasantly quiet, and there is plenty of parking for all guests. The point of access has two well-lit signboards, making it very easy to find in the dark. Must go back again when the large pool is open for the summer months.
