The property has been refurbished into 5 self-catering annexes, all with modern ensuite facilities with Aylesbury and Orpington having terraces overlooking the duck pond. Those rooms without terraces, can access various other seating areas in the grounds to enjoy the peaceful surroundings. Check out the Accommodation page to view our beautiful apartments.

Each annex is individually designed and the accommodation is entirely separate from the proprietors accommodation who are on hand to assist you if needed. The Eiders has a welcoming and relaxed atmosphere where Guests can relax on the sunloungers by the pool or sit in the gardens and use the barbecue and fire pit. There is a local pub/restaurant and shop 200 yards away for your convenience.

We understand how important it is to share a break with your four-legged friend, so Saxony, Muscovy, Orpington and Aylesbury are dog-friendly – we do not accept dogs in the Mallard suite. Please notify us if you want to bring more than one dog.

There is free WiFi access in all annexes, public areas and by the poolside.

Set in two acres of woodland garden with a large pond in the front garden, which is found at the top of a tree lined driveway, featuring extensive off road parking and electric vehicle charging points. We get 5star ratings for our location from our guests.
